Terminal Operations
Position(s) Summary
Responsible for the loading and unloading of intermodal rail containers.
Positions
- Crane Operators
- Spotter / Tractor Drivers
- Groundmen
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load/unload containers and trailers to/from rail car
- Move and park containers trackside and in storage lots.
- Climb rail cars to place or remove container locks.
- Inspect train securement.
- Verify equipment numbers on arriving and departing trains.
- Guide and lock containers and trailers onto and off rail cars.
- Maintain safe working habits and clean work environment.
- Maintain company directed productivity, training development plan, and performance levels.
- Partner with Management to produce a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 0-10 years of related experience.
- Willing to Train the right candidate
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Ability to follow direction, communicate and formalize plans.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work Days, Nights, Holidays and Weekends.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Diesel Mechanics
Position Summary
Responsible for the inspection and maintenance (both non-scheduled and preventative) of fleet vehicles; including inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and/or replacing components and systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure a thorough safety, preventative maintenance and mechanical vehicle inspection is completed and documented.
- Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance on fleet, including auxiliary components in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
- Maintain assigned part inventory and work logs, accounting for parts usage according to company procedures.
- Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.
- Conduct routine scheduled inspections and perform preventative maintenance functions on equipment assigned.
- Maintain safe working habits and clean work environment.
- Knowledgeable in the safe operation of all garage tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists and jacking equipment.
- Conduct a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs; including, but not limited to, brakes, tires, fluid changes, steering and suspension, maintenance services, starting and charging, etc.
- Responsible for securing vehicle during and after repairs.
- Maintain technical capabilities to ensure proficient, safe use of service equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Maintain company directed productivity, training development plan, and performance levels.
- Partner with Management to produce a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.

- 0-10 years of related experience in the automotive service environment.
- Willing to Train the right candidate
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- ASEs preferred; ASE A1 through A8- Electrical and Engine Performance is strongly preferred; state certifications/licenses where required.
- Experience with Tier 4 engines a plus
